About

動く means “to move.”

Ugoku exists for one reason: to keep you moving — through busy weeks, changing goals, and yes, injuries.

Why we built it

Most fitness apps do one thing. Bodies don't.

Strength lives in one app, running in another, food in a third — and none of them know about each other, or about the shoulder you tweaked last month. The moment life interrupts the plan, the plan just… stops.

Ugoku is built the other way around. One adaptive system plans your lifting and your nutrition together — endurance work joins soon — and treats an injury as a routing problem: swap the movement, keep the session, rather than a reason to quit.

It’s health-forward by design: the goal is a body that works for decades, not a six-week transformation. That’s what “train for life” means to us.

Principles

What we optimize for.

Health-forward, not grind-forward

Training is for a longer, more capable life — not for punishing yourself. Progress that costs you your joints isn't progress.

Plan around the body you have

Injuries, niggles and off weeks are normal, not failure states. A plan that can't adapt to them was never really a plan.

One system, honest numbers

Strength, endurance and food affect each other, so they should live together — and the numbers you see should come from what you actually logged.

Your data is yours

Private by default. Your training history exists to serve your training, not an ad network.

Editable, always

Ugoku suggests; you decide. Every generated plan is fully editable, because no algorithm knows your Tuesday better than you do.

Free to start, honestly

The essentials stay free with no card and no countdown. Pay only when the adaptive engine earns it.
